History

Advanced scientific research and education in universities is carried out by graduate schools and institutes in Turkey, just as in many other countries. The Institute of Neurological Sciences and Psychiatry was established on July 20, 1982, and functions in accordance with article number 2547 3/f, providing students with master's and Ph.D. degrees. The institute began its academic program in the fall of 1986 and continues to provide degrees in the following fields established within three departments.

Clinical Neuroscience (Since Fall 2003)
